1. What about trying to attract employees to smaller places like Miles City, Montana?  What would the company have to accentuate or promote about the area, living conditions, or job?
2. What about trying to attract to more isolated places places in Montana, like along the Hi-Line or in a place like Baker?  What could employers do?
